Return Policy

This Return Policy applies to all physical products purchased from AstroVastu Limited, including items sold under the Manushaa Gems brand.


1. General Returns Policy

Due to the nature of our products, returns are accepted only in limited circumstances as outlined below.

We do not accept returns for:

  • Change of mind

  • Personal preference

  • Incorrect selection by the customer

  • Delays caused by courier or customs


2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable and non-refundable, unless they arrive damaged or incorrect:

  • Personalised or custom-made items

  • Spiritual or energetically activated products

  • Crystals, gemstones, Rudraksha, malas

  • Bracelets, rings, pendants, jewellery

  • Items that have been worn, used, opened, or altered

  • Sale, discounted, or promotional items

  • Digital products or services

These exclusions are permitted under UK law for customised and hygiene-sensitive goods.


3. Returns for Damaged or Incorrect Items

We accept returns only if the item you receive is:

  • Damaged during transit, or

  • Incorrect (wrong product sent)

To be eligible:

  • You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery

  • You must provide:

    • Clear photos of the item

    • Photos of the original packaging

    • Photos of the shipping label

4. Return Approval Process

  • All returns require prior approval

  • Do not send items back without written confirmation

  • Approved returns must be sent back in:

    • Original condition

    • Original packaging

    • Unused and unworn state

Returned items that do not meet these conditions may be rejected.


5. Return Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item was damaged or incorrect due to our error

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable

  • We recommend using a tracked and insured service, as we are not responsible for items lost in return transit


6. Refunds After Return (If Applicable)

If a return is approved and received:

  • The item will be inspected

  • If accepted, a refund or replacement will be processed

  • Any refund will be issued after deducting:

    • Original shipping charges

    • Transaction fees

    • Customs duties or import taxes (if applicable)

Refunds are issued to the original payment method only.


7. Right to Cancel (UK Customers)

Under UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, customers may have the right to cancel within 14 days of delivery only if:

  • The product is not personalised

  • The product is unused, unopened, and in resalable condition

This right does not apply to spiritual, personalised, activated, or hygiene-sensitive products.

Return postage costs remain the responsibility of the customer.


8. Incorrect Address or Failed Delivery

We are not responsible for:

  • Incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer

  • Failed delivery attempts

  • Parcels marked as delivered by the courier

If an item is returned to us due to address issues, re-shipping charges will apply.


9. International Returns

For international orders:

  • Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs

  • Customs duties, VAT, and import taxes are non-refundable

  • We are not responsible for customs delays or seizures
